Marketing agency in North Las Vegas

MAD Lion Digital is a physician-led marketing agency based in Las Vegas that works with medical practices, clinics and local businesses in North Las Vegas, in English and Spanish. We meet North Las Vegas clients in person. In this city, bilingual marketing is not an extra: it is how you reach the market.

North Las Vegas at a glance

North Las Vegas is the fastest-growing of the valley’s three largest cities. The Census Bureau estimates 296,653 residents on July 1, 2025, up 14.3% since April 2020, compared with 11.5% in Henderson, 5.3% in the City of Las Vegas and 6.2% countywide (Vintage 2025).

  • Hispanic and Latino residents. 41.7% of the population (American Community Survey, 2020–2024), up from 40.7% in the 2020 Census. The city describes itself as “a proud minority-majority city.”
  • Language. 37.9% of residents age 5 and older speak a language other than English at home, compared with 33.3% in the City of Las Vegas and 19.0% in Henderson (ACS 2020–2024).
  • Young households. 25.5% of residents are under 18 and 12.1% are 65 or older. Households average 3.12 people, against 2.64 in the City of Las Vegas (ACS 2020–2024).
  • Health coverage. 14.9% of residents under 65 have no health insurance (Census Bureau QuickFacts).
  • Logistics. Transportation and warehousing businesses in North Las Vegas reported $705 million in revenue in 2022, more than the $681 million reported in the City of Las Vegas, which has more than twice the population. Health care and social assistance brought in $1.5 billion (2022 Economic Census).

Reaching the Hispanic and Latino community in North Las Vegas

In North Las Vegas, Spanish is part of the main market, not a side campaign. Plan English and Spanish as two equal efforts, each with its own keywords, ads, landing pages, budget and tracking, so you can see what each one brings in. When a Spanish speaker calls, the person who answers should be able to book the appointment in Spanish, without a transfer or a callback.

Write for families. With a quarter of residents under 18 and households averaging more than three people, the person searching may be booking for children or for the whole household. Put the details families need in Spanish as well as English: evening and Saturday hours, whether several family members can be seen the same day, what to bring and where to park.

Be clear about cost. About 15% of residents under 65 have no health insurance, so self-pay information matters to a meaningful share of households, and people may search with phrases like “clínica sin seguro” or “precio de consulta.” If you publish prices, keep them accurate and complete in both languages. For physicians and other licensees of the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners, NAC 630.190 bars ads that are false, deceptive or misleading about prices, fees or terms of credit, and the Spanish version of an ad needs the same review as the English one.

Follow the city’s own calendar. In August 2023, North Las Vegas began offering real-time Spanish translation of City Council meetings, and each September it hosts a free Hispanic Heritage Month festival. Its fifth edition, in 2025, included the Grito de Dolores, and the consuls general of Mexico, El Salvador and Guatemala were listed among the participants. Sponsoring, staffing a booth or offering screenings at community events puts a business in front of families before they search.

Write Spanish that works for the whole community. Those consulates are a reminder that local families have roots in Mexico and Central America, so use clear, neutral Latin American Spanish and avoid slang from a single country. We also have an office in Guatemala.

Make contact easy on a phone: click-to-call, a short Spanish booking form and text reminders for patients who opt in. Our guide to text messaging for medical practices covers consent rules, and our Hispanic marketing service covers the full plan.

Services for North Las Vegas businesses

Medical marketing. For family medicine, pediatric, dental, urgent care and specialty practices, with messaging planned with HIPAA and Nevada’s advertising rules in mind.

Local SEO. Spanish pages built around the searches people here actually make, such as “clínica sin seguro” or “precio de consulta,” matching English pages, and a Google Business Profile with posts and review replies in both languages.

Ads management. Separate English and Spanish campaigns on Google and Meta, with Spanish funded as an equal effort in a city where 41.7% of residents are Hispanic or Latino, and both measured by calls and bookings rather than clicks.

Websites, email and reviews. Bilingual websites built for phones, with click-to-call, a short Spanish booking form and conversion tracking for each language, plus email from our own sending infrastructure after list verification, and review requests and replies in both languages.

North Las Vegas neighborhoods, healthcare and growth

We work in person across North Las Vegas, from the neighborhoods around City Hall on Las Vegas Boulevard North and Craig Ranch Regional Park to Aliante, the VA medical center on North Pecos Road and the Apex Industrial Park to the north. For locations elsewhere in the valley, see our City of Las Vegas and Henderson pages, or all the areas we serve.

Health care is catching up with growth. The VA’s North Las Vegas Medical Center on North Pecos Road has a 24-hour emergency department and specialty clinics. In October 2026 the city narrowed its search to two health systems to build a full-service hospital on a 135-acre medical campus across from the VA, and officials say many residents leave the city for routine care. In the meantime, practices already in North Las Vegas can win local patients with strong search pages in both languages.

Logistics brings business-to-business opportunities. The Apex Industrial Park covers 18,000 acres, about 5,000 of them developable, and already includes distribution centers such as Kroger’s 988,000-square-foot facility. Occupational health, staffing, cleaning and food service providers can market directly to the employers moving in.

Frequently asked questions

Do you work with North Las Vegas businesses in person?

Yes, anywhere in the city, from the neighborhoods around City Hall to Aliante and the businesses near Apex. Follow-ups can be in person or by video.

Should I run separate Spanish and English ads?

Yes. In a city where 37.9% of residents speak a language other than English at home, Spanish ads kept in their own campaigns are easier to budget and to measure. Ad language also matters more now: Google’s help center says that, starting in September 2026, it is removing the campaign-level language setting from Search campaigns and matching ads by the language of the ad and the search.

Do I need a Spanish version of my privacy notice?

Nevada’s NRS 603A doesn’t name a language, but it requires a website’s privacy notice to be available in a manner reasonably calculated to be accessible to the consumers whose information you collect. If you collect information through Spanish pages, a Spanish version is a sensible step. HIPAA-covered practices are excluded from that part of the law. Confirm with your attorney.

How do we know whether our Spanish marketing works?

Track it separately from the start: Spanish landing pages, a separate tracked phone number for Spanish ads, a language field in your booking form and a monthly report for each language. Our guide to measuring marketing ROI explains the setup.
