MAD Lion Digital is a physician-led marketing agency based in Las Vegas that works with medical practices and local businesses across the Las Vegas valley, in English and Spanish. Las Vegas is our home base: we meet clients in person from Summerlin to East Las Vegas and from Centennial Hills to Enterprise, and we also work with businesses in nearby Boulder City, Pahrump and Mesquite.
The Las Vegas valley at a glance
The market is much bigger than the city. The Census Bureau estimates that Clark County had 2,407,226 residents on July 1, 2025, up 6.2% since 2020, and the City of Las Vegas 679,817 (Vintage 2025). Many others live in unincorporated towns served by Clark County government. Nevada’s certified estimates for July 1, 2025 put Enterprise at about 260,000 residents, Spring Valley at 228,000, Sunrise Manor at 212,000 and Paradise at 191,000.
- Hispanic and Latino residents. About a third of Clark County (33.4% in the Census Bureau’s 2025 estimates), and far more in the center and east of the valley: 54.6% in Sunrise Manor, 47.9% in Winchester and 38.1% in Whitney in the 2020 Census. In the City of Las Vegas the share is 34.7% (American Community Survey, 2020–2024).
- Language. 33.3% of city residents age 5 and older speak a language other than English at home (ACS 2020–2024). The city’s Language Access Plan counts 63,649 residents who speak Spanish and have limited English proficiency, about 1 in 10 residents age 5 and older (ACS 2018–2022).
- Economy. Countywide, accommodation and food services sold $36.4 billion in 2022, about twice the $18.3 billion earned by health care and social assistance. Inside city limits the order flips: $7.2 billion in health care against $5.2 billion in accommodation and food (2022 Economic Census).
- Businesses. Clark County had 42,644 employer firms in reference year 2023, 12,394 of them minority-owned (Census Bureau Annual Business Survey).
Reaching Hispanic and Latino customers in Las Vegas
Spanish-speaking customers live all over the valley, but not evenly: in the 2020 Census, 11.1% of Summerlin South residents were Hispanic or Latino, against 54.6% in Sunrise Manor. Map where your customers actually live, then set Spanish keywords, ad areas and budgets to match. Google Search Console shows which Spanish searches already bring people to your site; start there.
Plan for two kinds of Spanish speakers. For the roughly 1 in 10 city residents who speak Spanish and have limited English, a Spanish page, a Spanish form and a phone answered in Spanish often decide whether they become customers. Many more are bilingual and may search in either language. Give each Spanish page its own URL, link it to its English version and let people choose.
Write Spanish ads in Spanish, not as translations. Google’s help center says that, starting in September 2026, it is removing the campaign-level language setting from Search campaigns and matching ads by the language of the ad and landing page, the language of the search and the languages the user understands. Google says no action is required, but giving Spanish ads their own ad groups, landing pages and conversion tracking makes them easier to manage and measure.
Local government already works in Spanish: the City of Las Vegas publishes a Spanish newsletter and Spanish social media and offers its website in seven languages besides English. A business that works only in English looks out of step next to that.
Spanish-language print has shrunk. According to The Nevada Independent, the Review-Journal ended its Spanish weekly El Tiempo, and El Mundo printed its last weekly edition in March 2025. Telemundo Las Vegas still airs local newscasts every weekday, and Univision has a local Las Vegas station. For most budgets, start with Spanish search, social media and email, and add television when the numbers justify it.
Community institutions are another way in. The Consulate of Mexico in Las Vegas runs a Ventanilla de Salud with free preventive health guidance, referrals to community clinics and monthly health days with screenings, and the Latin Chamber of Commerce, founded in 1976, reports more than 1,500 members. Our Hispanic marketing service and our guide to Spanish-speaking patients cover the details.
Services for Las Vegas businesses
Medical marketing. For physicians, clinics, hospitals and med spas, from a physician-led team that plans every campaign with HIPAA and Nevada’s advertising rules in mind, including for practices near the Las Vegas Medical District.
SEO and local search. Enterprise and Spring Valley are unincorporated towns, not cities, yet with about 260,000 and 228,000 residents they are names people search. We build pages around the names your customers actually use and keep your Google Business Profile accurate.
Ads management. Google and Meta campaigns in both languages, with budgets by area and results measured in calls and bookings.
Website design. Fast bilingual sites with analytics and conversion tracking planned with HIPAA in mind. Our article on HIPAA and tracking pixels explains why that matters.
Email marketing and reputation management. High-volume email on our own sending infrastructure, with list verification, and reviews earned and answered in both languages.
Neighborhoods, healthcare and Nevada rules
We work in person across the valley: Downtown Las Vegas and the Las Vegas Medical District, Summerlin and Centennial Hills, Spring Valley, Enterprise, Paradise, Winchester, Sunrise Manor, Whitney and East Las Vegas. Henderson and North Las Vegas have their own pages: see Henderson and North Las Vegas, or the full list of areas we serve.
The 674-acre Las Vegas Medical District is anchored by University Medical Center (UMC), Valley Hospital Medical Center and the UNLV School of Dental Medicine, and the Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine at UNLV opened its medical education building there in October 2022. Near the district, a smaller practice competes with large health systems for the same searches; specialty pages and a complete Google Business Profile help it stand out.
Two Nevada rules come up often. Under NRS 603A, a commercial website that collects personal information from Nevada consumers must post a privacy notice listing the categories of information it collects and of third parties it may share them with, and must offer an address for requests not to sell that information, answered within 60 days. HIPAA-covered entities are excluded, and some small Nevada-based sites are exempt from the notice. Licensees of the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners also follow NAC 630.190, which bars ads that guarantee results, claim superiority over other practitioners or mislead about fees.

Frequently asked questions
Do you meet with clients in person in Las Vegas?
Yes, anywhere in the valley; it’s where we are based. With businesses in Boulder City, Pahrump, Mesquite and farther away, we work remotely, with video calls and regular follow-up.
Should my website target “Las Vegas” or my part of the valley?
Both. Use “Las Vegas” in page titles and name the areas you actually serve, such as Spring Valley or Enterprise, in your content. Each area page should say something specific about that area.
Can you run our campaigns in Spanish?
Yes. We plan Spanish campaigns as campaigns of their own, with Spanish keywords, ads and landing pages, not as translations of the English ones. We also have an office in Guatemala.
